AKSUM ABYSSINIAN QUEENS RETIRING THIS YEAR
QUEENS QUEENS QUEENS QUEENS
                  UPCOMING QUEENS   CO-OWNED STUD
QUEENS QUEENS   QUEENS

We are a small hobby show breeder of Abyssinians

Sky, Dancer and Moonlight live with us in our home here at Aksum Abyssinians.

Moonlight had kittens January 6, 2012.
She will be retired after this litter of kittens. She has a good home waiting for her.

Holly is Dancer's lilac girl and is now owned by Sumatra Abyssinians.

Sky has been bred again (due in April 2012) since she is in great shape
and will be retired after this litter of kittens.
She has a good home waiting for her and will go there with at least one of her kittens.

Mikey will go to Sumatra Abyssinians in Iowa very soon.

Each queen and stud is constantly evaluated for health and reproductive ability
and all of them are retired young.

Sacrebleu is at Alexy Abyssinians and will be retired after her current litter of kittens is weaned.
She has a good home waiting for her.

Baja is now fully owned by our friend and co-breeder Blue RIver Abyssinians
and continues to live with them at their home.

Dancer did so well with her third litter of kittens (she had them in 20 minutes from start to finish
and was a perfect mother), that we bred her again, and she had another easy birth.
She had two kittens March 4th.
We will probably try one more time later this year to get the much-wanted chocolate daughter to take her place

Candy has been retired after three litters of kittens and is staying as a beloved pet at Blue River Abyssinians.
Rose is retired and is now a beloved pet.

Temur and Linc were retired young as well to our friend who raised them both when they were kittens.
We are working hard toward the healthiest cats possible.
Outcrossing and choosing the healthiest kittens and then retiring the others young
is the best way we know how to accomplish this goal.

Linc is available again if anyone is interested in him. See the Retired Abys page please.
